We strive to be an example of business transparency for other companies, we take care of our reputation and our high status as an SAP partner.
Every employee, who is an integral part of the company, relies on the Code of Business Conduct and the Anti-Corruption Programme in his or her daily actions. The document helps minimise risks, helps AGELESS employees avoid conflicts of interest and suggests measures which are designed to adhere to clear rules and standards of conduct in dealing with customers.
In order to support and monitor compliance with the Code of Business Conduct and the Anti-Corruption Programme, responsible persons have been appointed within the company. They periodically update the rules of the Code and the Programme and review compliance by company employees.
On this basis, we guarantee our business partners and customers a high level of trust and professional ethics.
PURPOSE AND SCOPE OF THE AGELESS CODE OF BUSINESS CONDUCT
The Code of Business Conduct at TOV “AGELESS” is based on the provisions of the SAP Partner Code of Conduct. It applies to all employees of the company without exception, including those in senior management positions.
The Code of Business Conduct defines the standards of conduct for employees in all business, legal and ethical aspects of their daily activities, and is also a tool and guideline in business relationships with customers, suppliers, partners and when dealing with competitors.
We take all necessary measures to avoid conflicts of interest and to prevent any illegal actions. We make every effort to handle complaints or comments from customers and business partners. Conducting business with integrity, honesty and adherence to the rules of business ethics and the basics of our Anti-Corruption Programme are essential foundations for our future success and the expansion of our professional activities.
COMPLIANCE WITH THE RULES OF THE CODE AND THE ANTI-CORRUPTION PROGRAMME
TOV “AGELESS” is fully responsible for all activities of the company as well as for individual actions of employees within the limits of the current legislation and compliance with the Code of Business Conduct and the Anti-Corruption Programme.
In order to prevent illegal actions that may directly or indirectly affect the company, an Ethics and Business Conduct Line has been established. We ask you to report any situations that, in your subjective opinion, may have a negative impact on the reputation of TOV “AGELESS” by sending us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org
All matters raised in good faith as part of such enquiries will be handled on a confidential basis without any action being taken in response. All information will be kept as confidential as possible in light of the need for corrective action. Anonymity will be granted at the request of the applicant.

- Working on a secondary basis for clients, suppliers, subcontractors, competitors or partners of TOV “AGELESS”.
- Financial participation in organisations that are clients, suppliers, competitors or partners of TOV “AGELESS”.
- Employment in the Company of persons who have close personal relations with employees of companies that are customers, suppliers, subcontractors, competitors or partners of the Company.
- Personal gain, bribes and kickbacks.
- Gifts from third parties.
- Meals and other entertainment.
- Failure to comply with anti-corruption laws.
- Violation of confidentiality rules.
- Violation of internal and external communication rules.
- Protection of personal data.
- Violation of record keeping.
- Cooperating with untrustworthy organisations.
- Violation of antitrust and competition laws.
