Training

Professional competence of any company is ensured by high qualification of its staff.

During the implementation of SAP solutions AGELESS provides the following types of training.

Key user training. The training takes place at the beginning of the project. This allows the key users to obtain information about system features and capabilities, as well as get a recommended solution to let them participate in the development of a business blueprint.

Project team member training. Project team members undergo initial training focused on technical configuration and system setting at an early phase of implementation. This allows them to participate in configuring the development process through gaining experience for further maintenance and development of the solution.

End-user training. The training takes place during a pre-startup phase. This kind of training may be held by key users or project team members of the Customer. It is also possible to use Customer’s training centres, if any. Once practised, the key users return to their units and become the first-level assistance to end users by advising them and, where necessary, may hold competent communication with support experts. This approach ensures that once the project has been completed the Customer will retain the profound knowledge on current solution and qualification for further functionality development.

The detailed planning of project involves the development of detailed training plan, which is included in the general project plan so as to ensure the required qualification during relevant periods of the project.

Consulting training

AGELESS also holds SAP consulting trainings for customers in case of necessity to improve the professional level of employees.

To this end, an individual program may be tailored to meet customer’s objectives to practice the skills and knowledge that are the most relevant for a company. Company advisers provide qualified services to configure the system, as well as demonstrate its capabilities and required functionality. Apart from theoretical knowledge obtained in the course of training, customer’s representatives will have an opportunity to apply their knowledge in practice.
